The Bulgarian team is presented with dignity in the First Aid Convention in Europe 2009
This year a host of the traditional annual competition FACE 2009 (First Aid Convention in Europe) was Aldenburg, Germany.
The official opening took place on the central square from where the procession with all the teams went into the streets of the city. One of the biggest attractions of the parade was the Bulgarian lion, which won the sympathy of all and was published in the local newspapers’ front pages.
The team had to pass through the 26 points, located throughout the city. BRC team demonstrated a strong sporting spirit till the end. In many points Bulgarian participants were among the best represented and won sympathy of judges.
Our team took seventh place in a decent fight with another 26 teams. This is a very good achievement of the Bulgarian young Red Cross members and satisfaction for their long, responsible and dedicated training.
