Disaster Management Training

Disaster Management Experts from the Bulgarian Red Cross regional councils passed specialized training for planning the disaster response in case of for disasters, emergencies and catastrophes.
Civil Protection National Service Deputy Director General V. Katsarski acquainted audience with the new structure of the Office and new European Union requirements. He presented the topic "Planning the interaction between institutions in crisis situations".
BRC Disaster Management Director – Jassen Slivensky introduced to his collegues the new trends in contemporary disaster management, the trend and statistics of increasing disasters worldwide and drew attention to the Early Warning System.
