Bulgarian Association of Healthcare Professionals celebrated the International Nursing Day.
The event was attended by healthcare professionals from all over the country and many guests including Dr. Nadejda Todorovska - Deputy Director General of the BRC, and Dr. Jivka Dimitrova - Head of Health Policy Dept. of BRC.
In her welcoming speech, Prof. Dr. Stanka Markova, president of the Board of BAHP said that over 100 years the Bulgarian nurses, midwives and other healthcare professionals are recognized as one of the best in the world.
On behalf of the Bulgarian Red Cross, Dr. Todorovska presented two awards for high professionalism and humanitarian activities.
