Cooperation agreement was signed between Red Cross organizations of Rousse (Bulgaria) and Giurgiu (Romania).
A document was signed by Dr. Viara Srebrova - president of the regional organization of the BRC - Rousse and Ankutsa Opre – Vice-President of the regional organization of the Red Cross - Giurgiu. The purpose of the agreement is to consolidate the capacity of both organizations to respond most appropriately to the needs of vulnerable people using joint funding opportunities within the European Union. The first joint appearance of the two organizations is the participation of representatives of the BRC in international training for work in disasters and emergencies in Giurgiu.
