First Aid in the Heat
On the initiative of the Mayor of Sofia - Boyko Borisov and Bulgarian Red Cross two points for blood pressure measurement and water delivery were opened during the hottest days of the summer.
Nearly 30 young Red Cross volunteers were involved in the action. They counseled the citizens how to protect themselves in the heat.
Such campaigns were also held in Shoumen, Yambol and Burgas.
