Rules for publishing

The rules are in line with the Strategy of the Bulgarian Red Cross, with the System for financial management and control of the organization and with the practice in publishing in recent years. The degree of coherence of the publications with the mission, vision, principles and goals of the organization nationally and internationally, as well as the priorities on the basis of which to prepare annual programs and annual plans-schedules for publishing activities of the Directorate "VOMFID ”As an organizer of the activity of the Bulgarian Red Cross in this direction.
The purpose of these rules is to improve the quality of management of the publishing processes of the organization in order to support the implementation of effective information policy and communication and promotion activities.
