Silent disasters - Bulgarian Red Cross

From 18 February to 15 March 2012, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, 11 European National Red Cross Societies and the European Commission's Office for Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection worked together to inform European citizens about the world's silent disasters and work together to help of the affected communities.
