1. Seville Agreement of 1997
This flagship document of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement - regulates the interaction and roles of: the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (mandate to intervene in disasters), the International Committee of the Red Cross (mandate to intervene in armed conflict or internal unrest) and the affected National Society (mandate to act in all crisis situations). The document defines the leading organization coordinating the joint actions of the Movement in various crisis situations, incl. disasters, armed conflicts and mixed crises.
2. Additional measures to the 2005 Seville Agreement
The document regulates the coordination of the Components of the Seville Agreement with the other Components of the Movement - other national companies that provide international humanitarian aid, including neighboring National Societies ND in situations of armed conflict or disaster.
3. Principles and rules of the international humanitarian aid of the Red Cross and Red Crescent since 2013
