Stationary service:
The Red Cross Hospice inpatient facility in Kardzhali was built according to European standards, with the help of the Dutch Red Cross. It has ten rooms with two beds and one with one bed, each with its own bathroom.
24-hour medical supervision is provided. Patients are served by doctors, nurses and orderlies.
Required documents for admission:
- Identity document;
- Final or stage epicrisis from a medical facility or personal physician;
- Declaration of informed consent signed by the patient or his relatives.
Reception organization:
Patients are admitted by the manager, according to an approved price list of services /from 49.00 BGN to 55.00 BGN per day for residents of Kardzhali region/, including the costs of medical services, care, food and stay in the facility, which are not covered by our health insurance system. Consumables and medicines necessary for the treatment and care of the patient are not included in the price of the stay.
To carry out home visits, the Red Cross Hospice - Kardzhali relies on volunteers trained in the Bulgarian Red Cross's "Home Care" program, some of whom have a medical education.
Home service is available upon prior request.
