Let us defend the dignity of the people who, in this difficult pandemic period around the world, continue to strictly follow the covenants of the Hippocratic Oath and fulfill their highly responsible humanitarian mission to save lives around the clock, risking their own lives.
As a sign of sympathy for the problem and with deep respect for those working in the field of health, the Bulgarian Red Cross joins the efforts of the Ministry of Health and the Bulgarian Medical Union in the fight to prevent condemnatory verbal and physical violence against medical personnel .
We are confident that our call will be supported by the general public and other organizations and institutions, and all together we will resist the rude treatment of medical personnel in order to protect human dignity and professionalism.
