The BRC Contact Center for Psychosocial Support is already providing assistance to people affected by the conflict in Ukraine and arriving in Bulgaria. They will be able to contact free of charge and confidentially with consultants and professionals in psychosocial support - volunteers and employees of the Bulgarian Red Cross.
The line is accessible to anyone in the country and is open every day from 9 am to 6 pm , and on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 9 am to 5 pm volunteers who speak Ukrainian and Russian will be on duty.
The hotline was provided free of charge to the Bulgarian Red Cross by the mobile operator VIVACOM.
