ARE WE READY FOR A SAFE SUMMER?
The Water Rescue Service of the Bulgarian Red Cross invites you on June 2, 2022 / Thursday / from 11:00 am at the pool in 55 SU "Petko Karavelov" , Darvenitsa, to a press conference with a demonstration of students from the school
In connection with the traditional Water Rescue Week, organized by the Bulgarian Red Cross, which this year is held from 1 to 10 June throughout the country, the chairman of the organization Acad. Hristo Grigorov, the chairman of the National Water Rescue Commission Assoc. Prof. Stoyan Andonov and the director Service of the Bulgarian Red Cross Anton Nalbantov will inform you about:
· The trained lifeguards in 2021 and the readiness of the Bulgarian Red Cross to provide lifeguards in the upcoming summer season;
· Statistics on water injuries in 2021 to May 2022;
· Water injury prevention programs and in particular work with children.
Students from IV grade of 55 SU "Petko Karavelov" will demonstrate their readiness for a vacation by the sea and the pool, after completing training under the program of the Bulgarian Red Cross for water safety "Friends with Water".
