The Bulgarian Red Cross announces a campaign to collect material donations to help the victims of the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria on February 6, 2023.
At the moment, the most urgent needs are:
- new warm children's, women's and men's clothes and shoes;
- new bedding;
- new warm blankets;
- hygienic materials (for personal hygiene).
We also appeal to the Bulgarian manufacturing companies for sympathy, calling on them to support the campaign, both with the items of first necessity listed above and, according to their capabilities, with: family tents, heating devices for tents, lanterns and batteries.
Donations for Sofia will be accepted at the 9th Regional Office of the PBZN z.k. "Lyulin" 10, "Dr. Petar Dertliev" Blvd. 1989, today from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. , and in the following days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. , as well as in the regional organizations of the BRC.
All donations will be directly transported to the affected areas and must meet sanitary and hygienic requirements.
