The General Director of the BRC, Prof. Dr. Krasimir Gigov, was awarded the "Stara Planina" order, first class
At an official ceremony in the Coat of Arms Hall of "Dondukov" 2, the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev awarded the General Director of the BRC, Prof. Dr. Krasimir Gigov, with the "Stara Planina" order, first degree, for his outstanding services to the development of the health care system, medical education, science and practice.
The head of state awarded the president and the chairman of the Regional Council of BRC-Kardzhali and the executive director of MBAL "Dr. Atanas Dafovski" Prof. Dr. Todor Cherkezov with a badge of honor for his high contribution to health care, for the affirmation of humanitarian values and principles in Bulgarian society and their practical implementation in support of vulnerable people in the country.
