The Bulgarian Red Cross - the largest volunteer organization in the country and main partner of the Ministry of Culture in organizing the event, took part in the official opening, where the team of NERBAC members of the Bulgarian Red Cross, DERBAK and IEA of the Sofia Red Cross made an impressive demonstration of actions in crisis situations.
