At a press conference in the swimming complex "Diana" the Water Rescue Service of the Bulgarian Red Cross informed about its readiness for the summer season. Stoyan Andonov - a member of the National Assembly of the Bulgarian Red Cross and chairman of the National Water Rescue Commission, said that the number of victims on the Black Sea coast has been declining in recent years.
