On January 24 this year, the Director General of the Bulgarian Red Cross Dr. Sofia Stoimenova and the Acting Head of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Mr. Davor Schopf signed an agreement to support refugees in Bulgaria.
