Signing of a contract with UNHCR 2008
The UN High Commissioner for Refugees in Bulgaria signed the annual agreements for 2008 with its traditional partners - the Bulgarian Red Cross, Caritas Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee and the Bulgarian Refugee Council.
