The Vice President of the Republic of Bulgaria Mrs. Margarita Popova and the President of the Bulgarian Red Cross Hristo Grigorov signed an agreement for cooperation in guaranteeing the fundamental rights and freedoms of persons seeking and receiving asylum in the Republic of Bulgaria.
