Alberto Monguzzi, Disaster Coordinator of the ICPF / CP Zone Europe, informed about the assessment included in the report, based on which the BRC will request assistance from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Geneva, in accordance with the appeal to the BRC by the Bulgarian government.
