As of today, March 7, 2022, the Bulgarian Red Cross, together with the Ministry of Health, has launched a new telephone line to help the victims of the conflict in Ukraine in Bulgaria.
On the phone 0800 2010 1 , provided to the Bulgarian Red Cross free of charge by A1, they will be able to receive information from consultants and volunteers of the Bulgarian Red Cross about the opportunities for medical and health care in our country . The line is free and will be open daily from 08:00 until 20:00 . Contact with the consultants can also be established through a specially created email: help@redcross.bg.
Many Bulgarian doctors and medical institutions have already declared their readiness to help free of charge in this difficult situation. Support for the initiative has been expressed by Ukrainian citizens who speak Ukrainian and Russian, and will also respond to inquiries as volunteers.
